Magnolia Bostad's external auditors are appointed by the Annual General Meeting. The auditors' task, on behalf of the shareholders, is to review the company’s Board of Directors’ and the CEO’s management of the company on behalf of the shareholders and to ensure that the annual report has been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
