Magnolia Bostad strives to be a responsible housing developer. Our responsibility includes creating the conditions for the land we prepare and the properties we build to be used by generations to come. If the building needs to be renovated or demolished in the future, the materials should not be hazardous to health and the environment and the land should be able to be used for the needs we face at that time.
