Remuneration
Guidelines
The Annual General Meeting for 2021 resolved to establish guidelines for remuneration to senior executives in accordance with the Board's proposal. Previously applicable guidelines (adopted April 2021).
Remuneration reports
For each financial year, the Board is to prepare a report on paid and outstanding remuneration that is covered by the guidelines for remuneration to senior executives. The remuneration report will then be approved by the Annual General Meeting.
