By developing buildings with low energy consumption with a large proportion of renewable energy sources, we develop not only buildings with lower environmental and climate impact but also buildings with lower operating costs, which is positive for our customers in the long term. It is thus a great opportunity for Magnolia Bostad both financially and environmentally.

Climate change such as extreme weather and rising sea levels are predicted to become increasingly common in the future. By developing buildings adapted to cope with these changes, we minimize the risk that our projects will be damaged in the future. By developing sustainable projects from the beginning, we minimize the risk of our customers having problems due to climate change, which creates good conditions for satisfaction with our customers and investors.

Magnolia Bostad sees increased demands from customers, investors and banks regarding reporting and reporting of climate emissions and that the demands to minimize the company's climate impact are increasing. The perceived insecurity is increasing in Sweden. As a housing developer, Magnolia Bostad has a great responsibility to counteract this development. The company does this, among other things, by working in accordance with Botryggt2030's guidelines when developing a new project. This is to build in security and build away crime. By focusing on creating security in residential areas, Magnolia Bostad not only makes it more difficult to commit crimes in area but also creates conditions for high well-being of those who live in our projects. This makes a positive contribution to our brand and our business.

Working with health and safety for the company's employees is a prerequisite.
