Areim signed an agreement on 30 June 2023 to buy all shares in Magnolia Bostad AB’s holding company HAM Nordic AB. The agreement means that Areim gains control of 100 % of the company, where the focus going forward is to create the best possible conditions for the long-term sustainable growth of the company.

 

  • We completed approximately 900 homes, all of which were environmentally certified or had environmental certification in progress.

Since September 2021, Magnolia Bostad is owned by HAM Nordic AB which is jointly controlled by Holmströmgruppen and by funds and entities that are managed and advised by Areim AB.

17 September 2021 was the last day of trading of Magnolia Bostads shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Fredrik Westin is appointed in September as deputy CEO at Magnolia Bostad and at the same time remains in his role as CFO.

Johan Tengelin takes over as CEO in December.
