Corporate governance in Magnolia Bostad is long-term and describes the decision-making system with the help of which the owners, directly and indirectly, control the company and manage its risks.

Magnolia Bostad's governance, management and control is based on current legislation, Nasdaq Stockholm's regulations, the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance, Articles of Association, other external governing documents and recommendations as well as internal governing documents such as business plans, policies and certification schemes.

The company also has internal councils and committees such as the ethics council, a safety committee, a crisis management group, an employee forum and a sustainability council.
